who eats real food? I would love to check out your diary and see what kind of meals you are having.
the past two days I have been so hungry and I've ate all my calories and exercised lees but I'm still finding myself hungry this wasn't happening before. what's going on? please leat me look at your diary and get some good and get Ideas.

It's not public, but you can friend me. I eat "real food" pretty much exclusively. Oh, and I do low sodium, < 1,800mg a day most days.0

Mine is public, but I'm no nutritionist specialist yet- but over last few days I'm feeling less hungry- still going over on sodium just a bit- sugars have been mostly all fruit. Weight watchers does fruit as freebie points, so if ur hungry grab an apple or orange0

peruse as you like, as mine is public as well. I should probably note that I only log my food on weekdays, though, and the past few weeks have been... weird. long weekends/holidays/sick and such.0

mine is private but you can friend me. I eat real food and have a hectic schedule to boot so I always need something quick and easy. I love food and have always been a 2-3 helping sort of girl and I have not been starving during this diet.0

Try drinking a full glass of water before each meal and increasing your fiber for meals. Both of these will help keep you feeling full , without actually eating more!0

I usually am hungry all the time as well. You can view my diary it is public. But I excercise just so I can eat more even tho I never get full anymore. I also believe its cuz my stomach hasn't shrunk down yet. When it gets smaller, hopefully I will get full easier.0

add me, my diary is public and I rarely feel starving hungry! The first few days was hard adjusting to different portion sizes so stick with it and drink plenty of water!!0
