    Thanks for the chart! My total lost for the challenge is off by 4 pounds. It should be 14 pounds lost total. I also noticed that the 1st 3 poeple including myself was off on total pounds. I did not check others because it is late and I have to go to bed.

    I recommend you try using MFP to the fullest. Read the Success stories, invite and build a good MFP support of friends also. I see you only have 2 friends. MFP does work if you work it.

    Also remember this is not a quick fix. You will have to have Perserverance, Patience, and Patience. Success is never giving up. That is what happens to so many on the weight loss journey. The are all pumped up and excited for a month or 2 and some less than a month and then they decide it is too hard and just continue to go. I know from experience I was the same way. You can do it if you believe you can and if you really want it. Hope this helps.:flowerforyou:

    Oh Thank you for your response you are right I need to look at the peoples success stories and and remind myself that if they can do it so can I. Congrats by the way on your weight Loss!

    Will try to not work as hard it seems to take over everything I want to achieve inside.

    I just got done doing my leslie sansone exercise dvd I did 2 miles, I want to work up to be able to do the whole 5 miles. Thanks for keeping the weight loss chart up to date and CONGRATS to everyone on your weight loss. We are doing great

    I am sticking to NO FAST FOODS and focusing on doing better on weekends also.

    Hey everyone I update the spread sheet! I just have your last weigh-in copied over until you post your actual weight that way the spreadsheet doesn't go crazy. I also fixed the issue it was having of not picking up all of the days. Keep up the great work!!!

    Hi. Sorry I forgot to check in over the weekend. I'm still holding steady at 220 lbs. No lost, no gain. Hopefully my body will adjust to this strength training and shed some pounds soon.
