    I gained another 2 pounds this week. 8 pounds to go to get back to my ticker weights. I will be changing my tickers if not back to 348 by April 13th.

    Well as you can see I am struggling. I have a plan for April and I am going to lose weight in April.

    Still bouncing around here. 193.8....better than where I was on Jan 1, but not where I wanted to be for April 1...time to really focus on diet and keep up the exercise and not get complacent now that the 1/2 marathon is over. THanks everyone for your support and keep up the good work.!

    Sorry I have been MIA but very busy.

    Here is an article some of you may enjoy or like to read on the scale.

    I am still sticking with weighing daily because of my food addiction. 3 days of binging and I could be up over 5 pounds. At least if I weigh daily I will put a halt on binges when I see it reflected on my trusty friend the scale. It keeps me out of self denial. But I know this does not work for everyone and this article is good for those trying to break away from the scale for a minute.     my weigh in for this week is 195 lbs , that means down 1.5 yeah. I didnt make it to the gym today tom , but I did get in a little bit of walking. I hate that time of the month, I always deal with cramping. For some reason I always want to have some ice cream. Somehow I feel like it will make me feel better. I just keep telling myself that it will not make me feel better and in the long run I will probably feel worse. Maybe some motrin would help more then ice cream.........Hope everyone has a good evening

    My weigh in for this week is 193.2 yeah 1.8 lbs down. It is moving in the right direction. Hope everyone is having a good week. CONGRATS to those who lost this week, keep up the good work. For the others, just hang in there it will happen. I think the secret to losing weight is just keeping with it, not giving up. Too often we throw in the towel when we feel the scale doesnt move fast enough for all our hard work. Give the scale a chance to catch up, you never know if the week you threw in the towel was the week you would have had a big loss.

    If I can still join I would love to. I have lost 14 pounds already. I would love to push myself to lose 50 pounds in 78 days. That means I need to lose 1.56 pounds a day... um yeah i can do this......

    not been on for a while ive had pneumonia ive lost 21 lbs since january so im really pleased, taken up walking 2 miles 6 days a week.

    CONGRATS to everyone that lost this week. You are doing great and your hard work is paying off. And for those that didnt lose this week hang in there. The people that reach their goals are the ones that dont give up, they keep going. So dont give up, think of all the reasons why you want to do this. Why did you start this journey and have you discovered other reasons along the way. Together we can do this.......Do something active this weekend

    Another good week for me. Start 245....today 216.5, was 218.5 last week so another 2 pounds...yippee! 21.5 pounds to go.....I'm going to start Insanity next week to help me with the last 20!
