beginner Half-Marathon training plan, starts today

    I did the 5 mile run today. It wasn't easy and it took me an hour, I probably walked about 8 times throughout, but I did it. so tomorrow I'll do stretch and stengthen-yoga! and run Monday, lift Tuesday-24 lift at 24h fitness.
