I'd like to join. My current weight is 243.5.
I need all of the motivation I can get.
My goal for this week is to exercise at least 30 mnutes per day, NO EXCUSES!!!0 -
Yeah! Good job! I just sip throughout the day and it doesn't add up to much Luckily, I am not into pop or juice so thats good but I just need to make more of a conscious effort.0

Right now I'm into the Cabernets. particulary blends. Like 50% Cab 50% Merlot. So I guess I'm a red wine girl.
Today did a spinning class which kicked my *kitten*!!! Feel sore but very good about myself. Three day ski weekend coming up, great chance to burn those cals.0
