Thanks Rosy for all your hard work! Well done everyone, 1 lb wasn't much of a loss for me this week. I plan to work much harder this week and have a great loss on Saturday. So no treats or alcohol for me but the results will be worth it.

Well done all. I'm looking forward to getting back to work on Wednesday (yes I am mad, I'm excited to be going back) partly due to going back to a routine. Eating at the right times, gym after work etc. It's hard work staying organised when you have a week off work doing absolutely nothing.
I've got a lot of work to do to make up for the weekends badness. Think I might have to punish myself with another 10k run on Wednesday just like last week.

Sorry to let the side down by not losing anything last week (to be honest, I was pleased when I found I had stayed the same !).
I have just signed up to do the Race for Life in memory of my mum & I HATE RUNNING - so perhaps this will give me even more incentive to shed the 7lbs (at least) that I still have to go!

Nothing wrong with a takeaway every now and then... Gets your body working.

not look forward to weighing in saturday, its been my little girls 4th birthday this week, 2 parties so far and 1 more to go, so there has been lots of cakes and goodies around ( i have had no willpower at all) had a few extra bits everyday but not gone too far over calories but haven't done hardly any exercise - must try harder next week.0

I lost 0.5 lbs this week, but as I only joined the challenge on Thursday I wont include it! GO TEAM NUMPTIES0

Week 3 results.......
This week, there are loads of people who have done well. I've highlighted those who have lost 4lbs or more, or more than 2% of their bodyweight.
Overall leader is definitely Glos_bloke of the Softies who lost a massive 8lbs!
Followed by kettlewitch (5lbs), Lauz_88 (4.4lbs), idharris (4lbs) and carolinegeorgia (2.08%) of the Softies and
bph218 (4lbs) and savagegirl (2.53%) of the Numpties.
Massive congratulations to them all!
Given the above list, it won't come as any surprise that this weeks team award goes to....
THE SOUTHERN SOFTIES!!!!!!
WITH 0.83% of the teams weight lost this week, compared to 0.59% of the Northern Numpties. I'm afraid us Numpties were soundly trounced this week :sad:

It's only been 2 weeks since I started tracking everything on MFP. Already I've made some great friends and feel so much better! Long way to go, but the journey is turning into an enjoyable one.

vowing to put in 150million% effort next week to get another win. i've been off the exercise this week due to a dodgy knee and was surprised tohave a loss (albeit a small one!). so nxt week i'm back on it and will hopefully bring in the numbers!!

My knee is much better, so I should be able to exercise more this week. I know it's completely obsessional, but in order to try and nip any plateaux in the bud, I'm tracking my calories consumed/ target/ exercise earned against my weight loss. It's already looking as though my weight loss is far more related to the amount of exercise I do than whether I go over or stay under my calories....
So off to ballroom & latin tonight, complete with sexy knee support :laugh:0 -
