Day 3 for me yesterday and I managed 45/60 with a total of 105. Even thought I was hoping to make it to 100 in one set I'm thinking I may need to lay off a bit because I noticed last night I'm beginning to look a little too muscular for my small frame.0

As I struggled with W1D3 I started again, but I'm doing the 200 Squats and 200 Sit Ups challenges along side.
So, starting again,
Week One, Day One
Push ups - 6,6,4,4,13
Sit Ups - 9,9,6,6,13
Squats - 13,16,9,9,21
I'm amazed how quickly I've improved - from an initial test of 7 push ups to being able to max out at 13 after 4 sets!!0 -

Today i did week 1 day 3 of push ups and i did 12 as my max but....i skipped doing 7 reps twice
Today I also did week 3 day three of the squats and did a max of 115 i propably could have gone to 125 but i didnt push myself i already worked out 1 hour and 45 min today and didnt have the energy to push myself....(excuses excuses excuses) lol0 -

I feel like my progress is going very slow. I'm increasing my calories this week, so maybe that will help.0 -

week 2 day 1 of pushups my max was 13 but i didnt do all the sets before it
Week 4 day 1 of squats my max was 150 and again didnt do all the sets before i think im gna add some weight next squat session!0 -
