No, I still can't do that. I'm really feeling it today. Sunday is my normal rest day but I may need to rest today rather than doing my normal cardio today. I'll try Monday and see how far I can get but I really need to rest.0

Last week I was able to get closer, but still not able to close out Week 3 Day 1.

It's amazing how effective this is! Only did 4 sets today because my wrist was hurting from yoga yesterday. (75, 65, 70, 70 for a total of 275)0

For the record week 6 day 3 was.
26,26,33,33,26,26,22,22,60 - total of 2740 -
Was only able to get in 3 sets today. 80, 80, 70 for a total of 230. I'm so close but I just can't get in the last 20 yet.0

I was a non believer.
But............
The program really works.
100 full pushups compleated tonight.
Love it..
Gonna carry on starting again from week 4.
Now time to work on Abs. Core exewrsise here we come.0 -

I'm still on W3D2. Yesterday I fell 4 push-ups shy of completing it.
I can almost always equal or better my last attempt by a couple push-ups. I'll get there some day. Despite my slow progress, I am having quite fun with the program overall.
I also need to hit abs, but will wait till after I finish this I think.Yes the last 10 of mine were hard work but it wasnt going to beat me.
