    Right now I cycle between 15min recumbent bike - 30 min walking at 3mph/3.5 incline - 15min bike again then weights. I think I'm going to change that to 15 min bike - 10 min walking - 10 min intervals - 10 min walking - 15 min bike then weights.

    1st - 2hrs 20 mins (2 hours gentle walking with my mum and gran & 20 mins 30 Day Shred Level 1 Day 2)

  • absolutely.. sounds like it can be done. Here we go then. How about all the shoveling this AM and then some in few minutes. Any takers on that..... ohhhhh it is just so bad now.
