    3. Work on papers/ taxes/ receipts / bills

    4. NO BINGING

    5. Start meal planning for the rest of the week with the Light mag & Light cooking book.

    My Goals for tomorrow

    45 minutes on the treadmill 3mph-4mph
    8-8oz glasses of water
    Stay near 1200 calories
    Do not go over on Fat or Cholesterol

    1. Get out of the K by 9:00 pm or 9:15 pm latest. Everything must be done by then. GO UPSTAIRS!

    2. Keep all night time television watching to 30 mins with timer.

    3. Feed cats

    4. Do exercise

    5. Do cat box early

    6. Do L early

    7. Folds & put aways

    8. Make sure K is clean

    9. Unload & Reload the DW

    10. Make light cassoulet today

    11. Get out of the K by 9:00 pm or 9:15 pm latest. Everything must be done by then. GO UPSTAIRS!
