Forgot to check in here yesterday, up to 161 so definitely didn't lose any for Feb0

Well I did not make it missed it by 1 LB.:explode: but Ill take it I am going ing the right direction. I started FEB at 223 and ended at 214 but today the 2nd of March I am at 213.
Say guys lets do this again for March and add a mile run with it like has been suggested. whadda say??? Who's in?
