I weighed myself 2 days ago at 212.0. Haven't been able to workout and have been eating all of my meals out, because I was moving. Starting weight 214. Lost 2 lbs. Next week I would like to do better.0

NO LOSS!!! technically lost 2 but thats cuz i lost the two pounds i gained from the last HORRIBLE weekend. So at least that I didnt gain! Hopefully I start losing next week when we start our new classes at work! So still at 157.5....0

I'm super disappointed... no loss this week. I felt like I was doing great this week with excercise and staying close to my calories and it's frustrating to not see it paying off...

I'm so thrilled! i was terrified to weigh in b/c over the weekend i was in a hotel out of town and didnt know the caloric intake of my foods. was just trying to guestimate and do the best i could. YAY!0
