Weighed in today at 202. I will take it. I have been un-motivated and not logging. Quitting smoking at the same time. 14 days now. Huah!

Hey thats brill sometimes we need to get stuff off our chest but not even realise it - or just talk about the day to day stuff that you cant really bring up in everyday conversation!

Im at 1200 a day and as I said struggling for the most part! Im really excited about getting my measurements done for the first time after I startedbut I think I know what u mean about the scale not moving that would be hard! but just remember thoose inches!!!

I tried starting just on a monday - but now I weigh mon and thursday! I think thats acceptable?? It just makes the week not as long - maybe you should try that? xxxxx

Holy hades!! I don't know how I managed that. I had to weigh myself 5 times for good measure. I haven't been under 147 since my son was born almost 3 years ago!

Feb. 24th, 2011......Starting weight: 171.8.....Todays weight:...168....Lost 3 lbs toward my goal of 8 lbs for March 17th....Looks like increasing my walking everyday from 30 minutes to 40 helped....Good luck everyone..0

Current weight as of this morning... 150.0 lbs.
I suppose it's a loss, even if it's only 0.4 lbs. But my lowest recorded weight is 149.4 lbs so far and I'm working towards getting myself into the 140s for good. Sitting at 150.0 is such a tease!!! Hopefully next week. I'm getting tested for exercise induced asthma on Monday morning, gonna get myself an inhaler and then I'm kicking things into high gear to lose these last 10 lbs before summer!0
