    Let me start out by saying you look amazing!!!!!!!!!!!

    i only started out needing to lose 25 lbs and it's slow going, but every time i get discouraged i come to the message boards and look at before and after photos for encouragement and support. It's photo's like yours that really keep me going. Because these b/a stories and photo remind me that it can be done it just takes time, dedication and will power. Thank you for keeping me going and on track.
