    I am just itching to get on my bike, the only problem is that I live in Wisconsin and we are currently in a cold snap. High temp is 32 right now. This summer I plan on biking to work most days, I live 1.5 miles from work.

    ugh! having lived in south dakota most of my life, i totally understand. spring never 'sprung' there until the first part of may. lol. the boys and i were planning on going out for a massive ride today but the wind deterred us. we are hoping to try for it tomorrow. weather permitting, of course. :)

    This was a great week for me. Broke through my first plateau (first of many, I'm sure - but now I know I can do it!!). Often I would hit a wall and eventually give in to old habits. MFP helped me to stay the course. thanks to all my MFP friends! Couldn't have done it without you!!

    by the way, i will not be weighing in next week because i am having abdominal surgery on april 4. i will try to post a challenge on the 7 if i feel up to it. if not, just consider it a make-up-your-own-challenge week and post what you plan to do. :)
