I doubled down on my Saturday workout. I'm still sore today from accumulated fatigue I think However, it is a good sore if you know what I mean. Anxious to see how it will affect Wednesday's weigh-in. My guess is -good news is coming:laugh:0 -

So this morning for my weigh in I was so excited...it was 5 am and I almost woke up myhubby...I LOST 2 WHOLE POUNDS...I havent done that since before Xmas.. so I didnt meet my goal weight , but I came closer than I could ever imagine! Hope the rest of you have had as much success! have a wonderful Easter and see you on the next challenge! I lost 4.5 total lbs through the whole challenge!

Had a good week only gain 2 punds due to TOM and I'm now going back down now its over...hopefully but weekend I would be back to 176 or even below0 -

i doubled my exercise this weekend too, but that means i only walked a mile. humbling to go from RUNNING nine miles to barely WALKING one. oh well, i get to build up my strength all over again.0 -

still so far away from my goal! *sigh* the swelling and extra water weight are almost gone; it is completely gone in my hands and face, but still lingering in my abdominal area. oh well, at least i am under (by a whole .6 pound - hahaha!) where i started almost 10 weeks ago.
