I love the movie's Labrynth and The Dark Crystal and The Neverending Story.
OOH OOH The Neverending Story, I just had to go get another copy of this movie because I lost the old one!
I had the ghost busters fire station as a kid, and every ninja turtles movie, action figure even ninja turtle PJs!

    I'll still watch Thundercats too...

    my inner dorkness:
-I treat my cats like children, that includes tucking them in at night and talking to them in baby talk.
-I listen to songs from disney movies whenever the mood stikes, and I sing all the lyrics.
-I have a shelf full of stuffed animals that I can't seem to part with, even though it embarrasses my guy and I'm in my 20's.

When I give my son a bath, I will have his little toys and get into character and do all these voices and pretend to jump the action figure off the faucet and dive into the water. I really get into it!!  (When I was a nanny, it was one of my signature traits too!! hehe)

I love the movie's Labrynth and The Dark Crystal and The Neverending Story.

Hmm, I am sure there are a lot more...but that's a start to my not so inner dorkness!!

Kids turn us into dorks...When I lived with my sister and my neice I would walk around singing Barnie and Lion King (which I love the Lion King BTW...)

Oh and The Neverending Story is great...:drinker:

How bout Willie Wonka?? I love the Oompa Loompas...

Yes, the original Willy Wonka. I like Johnny Depp a lot but he doesn't even compare to Gene Wilder!

I am a ninja turtles fanatic, and have turned my 6 year old into one as well! He goes crazy for the old movies and actually prefers them to the new one!! Michealangelo is my favourite!!

Last night on the commute home I was channel surfing and actually stopped the radio on a ABBA song. I was ready to bust out my roller skates. It was for the memories I swear. I think of roller skating when I hear Nazereth's HAir of The Dog too.

    Oh the shame.

I was the 80's hair band dude but would still listen to Hall & Oates and Huey Lewis and the News too.

Nothing compares to the Elvis fan my hubby is!! In fact, we were in Memphis last August for the "30th anniversary of Elvis' death!!". I toured Graceland in the record high temps (like 112 there) ON my birthday for my hubby!! hehe. And he went to the candlelight vigil and the concerts, etc. It was crazy!!

Tami, your husband missed it then,
In Lake George NY, they had an Elvis Fest/Weekend
All the Elvis performers and look-a-likes and super fans showed up,
anyone with something elvis usually got a discount.
How do I know? Because I booked a vacation there that weekend and it was CRAWLING with elvis'...:grumble:

Okay.. maybe it's just me and I LOVE the Labrynth. But have you re-watched it as an adult? David Bowie's leotard is just disturbing!!! It's like he's got an entire package of socks in that thing!!!! How did we all miss that for so many years? It seriously has a life of it's own.
