    Feel free to incorporate this into your regular workout routine in any way that suits you -- all in one go, a few minutes a day, anything goes! Also, it's up to YOU as far as whether you'd like to make this ONE HOUR each DAY or ONE HOUR for the entire WEEK, whatever suits you and keeps you motivated.

    Stop back here and let us know how/when you complete it, and encourage others to complete it as well!
  • Can't wait for the hubby to either go to bed or go to work so I can have control of the tv again so I can do this. I love the Balance games.

    when you are done click on the bank..it will tell you the total time ..click again and it will give you your calorie count !!

    Are you using the original wii fit, or the wii fit plus?

    I don't think it matters if you use either Wii just as long you do something and
    let us know how you are doing. :wink:

    TUESDAY CHALLENGE

    Dance 2 three songs done twice.

    I was sweating buckets. You can't tell me the Wii isn't enough exercise. :tongue:

    Tried some Balance Games last night but only got in 7 mins. because
    I had to go to a funeral home.

    Wednesday Challenge

    38 mins. Wii Plus Yoga 102 calories.

    Will try to get in some balance games tonight.

    Wednesday Night Challenge

    Boxing and Balance Games - 18 mins.

    I have moved to Advanced on the Boxing but just
    can't seem to get the foot work. I messed up
    so many times last night I went back to Beginner.

    So I have done an hour (or more) each night of my Wii Fit Plus doing a combination of yoga, strength, balance, etc. I won't be able to do Friday though as travelling, although might take it with me, haven't decided if it is worth it for one day away. Can't wait till next week's challenge!

    cool deal.. I just accepted a challenge to virtual walk 100 miles !! We have 3 months to gather enough miles to reach our spots!!

    30mins free step and 10mins free jog done, don't think I can manage an hour every night but will try again tomorrow.

    walking pups - .6 mile
    wii run 20 minutes - 3.4 miles
    wii cycling 15 min - 5 miles...oooo my, you should have seen me!!!! I thought Boxing was a joke - in town, I got in an alley and couldn't get out...I could not steer !!!!!!!!!! THEN I noticed my handlebars (wiimote) were backwards !!!!! TOOOOOO FUNNY !!!
    and if you were jogging this am...I am sooooo sorry !!! I really did not mean to hit all of you !!!

    I went back to the 6 mins. boxing and tried again. It will take practice but
    I did better this time with the foot work.

    Wii Dance 2 -- 19 mins. Tried to beat my scores from earlier this
    week but I swear I did worse. Oh well,

    Hello all,

    I've had the Wii Fit & now plus for 2 years now and used it for most of my exercise, but got away from in and now I'm coming back to it again.

    I'd love to jump right in and join you all.

    I did 30 minutes this morning: boxing, step, boxing for 126 calories.
