Is it normal to get so excited to find a thread like this? Not even sure what prompted me to seach "Wii Fit" on the message board, but I am glad that I did. now I just have to find where the current challenge is so that I can join in.
Today I did 45 minutes on my Wii Fit Plus.0 -

I did 37 minutes yesterday, still need to get on today. Since we are not sure what the challenge is yet, I've just been doing my usual then adding in some of the stuff I don't usually do in case it gets picked as a challenge.

I apologize SO much for my lack of posting a challenge this week. With this past Monday being Memorial Day, we were out of town until late that evening. Then, I somehow completely forgot to jump on here and post a new challenge. Thank you all for your patience, and a huge WELCOME to our new members!
As far as this week goes, there are only a few days left, so how about we just do a free-for-all, anything-goes kind of challenge for the rest of the week? And I promise to have a new challenge set up and ready for Monday.
I was just wondering... how many of you are on Facebook? I was wondering about perhaps starting some sort of Wii Fit challenge group over there, too... where those of us on Facebook and MFP both could join in the fun, here on this thread as well as the FB group. It may make communicating a little easier, that way fewer of us (ME!) will forget to "check in". What do you think?0 -

I know I haven't posted in the thread for a while but I am starting to come back. My sister and I started our own lil challenge for the two of us to push and motivate each other.
But today I did
Wii Fit Free Step: 10 minutes (first time I ever done this)
Wii Fit Free Run: 10 minutes (first time I ever done this one too)
And I walked earlier.
I also weighted in today and lost yep 3.6 lbs
I'm all excited as I know I need to do this more. So I plan on pushing myself.0 -

Feel free to incorporate this into your regular workout routine in any way that suits you -- all in one go, a few minutes a day, anything goes! Also, it's up to YOU as far as whether you'd like to make this ONE HOUR each DAY or ONE HOUR for the entire WEEK, whatever suits you and keeps you motivated.
Stop back here and let us know how/when you complete it, and encourage others to complete it as well!
OH, and for those who are on Facebook, stay tuned. I will be starting a Facebook group for those interested, as another place to check in on these challenges and such.0 -

Never got to the Yoga last night but did 10 mins. Wii Boxing and
also walked for 25 mins.
Taking it easy today my back started hurting after the boxing.0
