    I've done your workout straight after I've done the 30 day shred level. Its mammoth but hopefully the inches will fall off. Your's is good - i don't feel I'm about to die halfway through but boy do my muscles know it today. If i squat i won't be able to get up. But i'm still smiling!

    did not do any cardio today, got the stomach bug and left work early and been lazin around all day with fever, chills and upset stomach.

    check in for week 8 gained a pound but gained muscle and lost inches!!!! I lost 7 inches!!
