I've lost 12 pounds and haven't bought new pants yet. BUT, I was also wearing them pretty tight -- I should have bought bigger ones when I gained the weight, but I didn't. So in true sizes, I've probably dropped a size, but since I was forcing my self into too-small pants, I haven't bought new clothes, if that makes sense.0

I'm 5'2 and started at about 228 (pre MFP) and in a tight size 16. Now down 25lbs I am in a tight but still comfortable 14. It definitely depends on your body makeup0

10lbs lost in total now (started losing some before joining this site) and still not down a size in either pants/jeans or shirts. Not even in bra or underware0

For me I believe it was around 11 pounds when I noticed. I went from a tight fitting size 16 to a size 14/ tight (if they were not stretchy) fitting size 12. Been at size 12 since 11 pounds but now they fit better.0

It usually takes me about 20 - 25 lbs to go down a size. I'm 5 feet 10 inches tall so that may help a little0
