THIS WEEK CHALLENGE IS WORKING OUT THE BOOTY:
This week we will do Sumo Squat & Step Up 100 reps on each leg. We will do it 3 times during the week and you will time your self so you can try to beat your score on the second and third time. Good luck and have fun.

I am sorry I havent been here for a while. This pregnancy is kicking my butt. the first trimester is horrible. well this week is about HIIT. Hight intensity interval training. so in you regular workouts try to give it all you can for 20 sec and rest for a minute. repeat it through out your entire workout. good luck and have fun.0
