    great thread!

    Tonight I had a peice of cod and my own homemade version of potato salad (small portion) was lovely wee treat.

    Tomorrow night Im making chicken with steamed veg and gravy :)

    Baked or grilled chicken, two garlic & herb laughing cow wedges mixed with whole wheat pasta and olive oil. Either asaragus or green peas. And of course some girl scout cookies, love my thin mints!

    laughing cow mixed with pasta sounds good - never thought of that before!

    I tried this last night and it was lovely! A good substitute for pasta sauce :)

    Grilled chicken breast, SMALL baked potato w/reduced fat cheddar, romaine salad w/cucumbers & tomato, and chocolate pudding. :heart:

    Going out to a Miranda Lambert concert.

    We'll have a lite dinner before we go to the show. No idea what but it will fit into my meal plan that's for sure.
