DONE! No More Trouble Zones! I think its my favorite JM video so far! It was really challenging but I felt like it also allowed me to catch my breath. I am using 3 pounds because that's what I have!

Hi Ladies! Just found out that the Quick Trouble Zones is On Demand. I just checked and it is there. I did a search for it too and it sounds like it is the No More Trouble Zones workout but you only do ONE set of each circuit.

    Hey guys,

Finished the shred today and down a total of 12.5inches!!! So pleased. weight loss was zero but thats my own fault for my poor nutrition choices this month (think takeaways and alcohol!!) I'm sure if I was good like i'm going to be this month I would've lost a few. BUT I am so so happy with the inch loss!!
Can't wait to the slimdown. Not starting until Monday though. I have decided to devote the next few days to pure cardio, going swimming tonight and will do swimming and elliptical on the other days to try and make that scale move.
I am going to try and go swimming at least twice a week aswell whilst i'm on the slimdown. Do you think thats enough cardio???
I did try NMTZ's last night to see what it was like and boy am I sore today!! my thighs and bottom (butt to you americans ;p) is on fire!! I actually really enjoyed it though, although wasn't able to do the surrender. AT ALL. Too much pain in my knees. Just did squats instead!

Will log in on Monday with my starting measurements and weight xxx

Great Job! I would think that is enough cardio. I just finished day 4 and feel great! Sore, but great!
I added the elliptical and a few more weights at the gym to day 1, and did Yoga Meltdown last night. I think it's safe to say that anything "extra" to the Slimdown program can't hurt, but that you should get great results just following the workouts & a healthy diet.

Enjoy your "down" days! We Can and we Will do this!

Oh cool! I was wondering what quick trouble zones was! I don't think I have On Demand here in Aus but know what to do is a good start.

Day 4 done! I sure am glad it was a Shred Day, I thought I had to do Banish Fat and was dreading it as I didn't get home until late. but 20 minutes was totally do-able.

    :)

    Welcome hofficoffi :)

    Day 5 done!

Have to say Banish Fat is not my favourite workout. I'm not very good at card.

    But I made it though.

Hope everyone else is doing well :)

First of all AWESOME inch loss! That's amazing! Secondly, I think any extra cardio while doing the slimdown will be good. I'm trying to walk pushing my kiddo 2 to 3 times a week for an hour. And since I live in such a hilly area its a good workout!

It was nice to have a little "break" and do Shred 1 yesterday. I was sore from NMTZ! But TODAY was a KILLER. WOW. BFBM is a crazy workout! MacksMama I can't believe its your fav! WHEW! You go girl! Totally kicked my butt. Its weird because I did this one before and I don't remember it being quite this hard. Of course it probably doesn't help that I stayed up really late last night and had a few cocktails! :-)

One more day and then it's REST day!

Just finished day 6. "quick trouble zones" is NMTZ just with a different name. It is the EXACT same workout, so if you don't have OnDemand, don't worry. Just do the NMTZ dvd. =)
I was looking forward to a "quick" workout this am. haha No such luck.

Back at it tomorrow! I kind of missed my workout today! Kind of. :-) My goal is to turn at least 500 calories each day this week. So if I don't burn that much in my 30 DS workouts I'm going to add something else! Good luck this week!

Does anyone hate Level 2 as much as me? I hate it more than Level 3, despite all the jumping in 3! Keep up the good work!

Okay so I found something. I found On Demand a "Banish Fat" workout that is 25 (its actually 20 minutes) long. Which is what Quick Trouble Zones is supposed to be. So I did that today instead of the Quick Zones (plus I knew I was walking today so I knew I would get a longer workout in). Anyways, thought I would let you know if you wanted to do that instead of the full NMTZ!

    Week 2, Day 3 DONE!

So I finished the 30 Day Shred! It was awesome! I lost 13 pounds. Now I'm going to do Jillian Michael's 30 Day Slimdown. I am starting this on Monday, February 28th and taking Sunday's off. So who is with me? You can download the schedule for the workout here: http://www.exercisetv.tv/workoutplans.aspx?id=1

For this program you will need:
    30 Day Shred
    Banish Fat Boost Metabolism
    No More Trouble Zones

THANK YOU!! Now I know why I can never find her DVD "30 Day Slimdown" doh!!! I seriously thought it was a new DVD of hers, I didn't realise it involved her other DVD's!!! I'm such a dunce! thanks for explaining this. I am SOOOOOO up for it, but i need to purchase the other two DVD's in the list first. Thanks again, and for the link - it looks like it SHOULD work!! :-)

I'm switching Friday and Saturday because I'm going out of town. I'm going to have to get up early to exercise Friday and then I'm going to take BFBM with me to do in the morning since I don't need any weights for that one!

    Hey Guys,

I had to take an extra day off as I got sick, but am going to try to do an extra workout today so i don't feel so guilty.

I found online that Quick trouble zones is NMTZ without any of the floor exercises (so none of the circuits you have to get on the floor for)

So it basically cuts the end ones out (I included the first ab circuit as I thought it would be too short with out it)

So thats what i'm doing for quick trouble zones. I had planned to just do the full work out but some days i just don't have 40 minutes haha

    Hows everyone finding it?

    Day 11 DONE!

How's everyone doing? I did a little short ab workout today to make sure and get my 30 minutes in and my 500 calories! I'm getting up early tomorrow to do NMTZ before I leave to go out of town and taking BFBM with me for Saturday!

Hey guys tomorrow is our FIRST two workout day! One of them is the Quick Trouble Zones. I found this website that FINALLY told me exactly what it is. Basically the first 4 circuits of NMTZ's.

double workouts weren't as tough as i thought.
I didn't do them back to back either as I didn't have time.

Does anyone know if you're meant to separate them or do them together or it doesn't matter?

good luck for the rest of the week

I did them back to back and it was tough! Felt great though. I would think it doesn't matter when you do them.
