double workouts weren't as tough as i thought.
I didn't do them back to back either as I didn't have time.
Does anyone know if you're meant to separate them or do them together or it doesn't matter?

I think it probably doesn't matter how you do them. I may do them both ways depending on how I'm feeling.
Week 3, Day 3 done! I'm finding this a killer week. I don't know if it because the time change and I'm having a hard time getting to bed at a decent hour or what but it is really kicking my butt this week.0 -
Okay so I did Level 1 & 2 back to back today. That was WAY hard. I don't know that I will do them back to back again because I felt like when I got to Level 2 I was so tired I couldn't give it 100%. BUT I'm done for the day!0

Bree I hear ya on it being a killer week! I think the time change has something to do with it for sure. That & the fact that we are pretty much doing doubles haha.
Yesterday I also did Level 1 & 2 back to back. It was a tough one for sure. I slept like crap last night and for the 1st time in a LONG time hit snooze and missed my workout this am. I think my body needed some rest though. I have a super busy day at work and won't be home till 8 so we will see if I have it in me to workout afterwards. If not, I will be ok with missing a day and resting.

Just finished my NMTZ for today, that one is definitely my favourite!!
I did Lvl1 and Lvl 2 back to back the other day and felt the same way about not giving the second one 100% so I guess I'll just have to see how I go for time next week but will try to do one in the morning and one in the evening.
Not too much longer to go guys! on the home stretch, looks like it's going to be one hell of a home stretch though

Done! Done! Done! We made it through Week 3! Next week (a half really) are going to be a KILLER too. I am going to have to modify my schedule a bit because I'm in a wedding this coming weekend and am leaving town Thursday BUT my goal is still to only take the one day off and get the workouts in, just probably not in order! Home stretch ladies! WE CAN DO IT!0

Okay so I did the double workout today. I actually did Level 2 then washed the dishes and took the mail down and let my HR come down and did Level 1. Much better to do it that way and feel like I could more into it. As I mentioned I'm moving my days around a bit this week because I'm in a wedding this weekend. So tomorrow I'm doing ANOTHER double. I'm actually doing Day 27 tomorrow (NMTZ and 30DS Level 1). I. Am. Going. To. Die. No really. Come looking for me if you don't hear from me by noon.0

Go mama go! That sounds like a much better idea, a lil rest is a great idea. I did Level 2 sun night and yesterday did level 2 & my 1st day of 5k training. It was killer, but do able. Have fun this weekend!0 -

QTZ and 30DS Level 2 today! Dare I say not nearly as hard as yesterday. Yesterday totally wiped me out.
Here's my schedule for the rest of the week:
Thursday - BFBM
Friday - QTZ
Saturday - Rest
I leave tomorrow afternoon for the wedding! So if I don't check in have a GREAT rest of the week!0 -

I just got spray tanned for the wedding and the girl told me I shouldn't workout until AFTER the wedding. She said my sweat will make the tan fade faster and the whole reason I got it this early was because after today I have no time. So no more workouts for me until Sunday. CRAP. I'm so disappointed.
I know 3 days isn't going to make be gain all my weight back or change my working out habit but I count on my workouts to help keep me on track.0 -

Just take this time to enjoy the wedding and get straight back into it when you can
Up to double work out today, but its just the quick trouble zones one so not too scary. going to do them separately today and see if its any better.

One more day!!! We can do it ladies!!
I have missed 2 workouts total this past 30 days. I have started training for my 1st 5k as well though so hopefully those workouts will help me out.
I posted a topic on eating back exercise calories, for anyone who hasn't read this post you must check it out. It is very informative. I've been trying to figure out what I am supposed to do with those calories, eat all? some? none? Now I know!

I'm BACK!! I'm of course a few days behind you guys but I'm here! I actually ended up not working out on Sunday because my kid got sick Saturday night and we were up all night after the wedding. I was so tired yesterday I could barely move and I knew it would not be a productive workout.
So because of that I actually have enough workouts left in this program to finish out my week! Yippee!

I'll take mine tomorrow, though to be honest I cant see that much of a difference so i'm not expecting much.

So 8 pounds lost 3.5 inches down and 1 gained, probably because i have such amazing neck muscles now :P
I think taking measurements was a good idea, I didn't do it when I did the shred but it makes me feel good know there was actually a visible result.
