What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? 65 minutes on the elliptical, tracked my calories
What would I have done differently? not eat the Famous Amos cookies last night - I wouldn't have gone over :noway:

Don't worry Hoosiermomma the 5lbs will come off! Friday we start another post for April. Does anyone have any specific goals to meet? Is there anything we should add to our daily check in? As far as April goes I'd like to keep on/get back to - staying on track with calories and maybe increasing my protein intake and lower the carbs!
