when you feel better about your body your sex life automatically gets better!! if it's not... it's time to find a new routine(NONroutine) or a new sig other!! LOL

Aww...you don't need a sig other just for that. Multiple interactions create more opportunities for new NON-routine routines...

No you don't!! LMAO just think of it as circuit training!!! ;)

It's still switching it up! Hahahaha

    that was my point!! LOL

As an asexual, I'm actually hoping my (non-existent) sex life doesn't change. It's one of my biggest weight-loss fears that I'll eventually figure out I was only asexual because I was overweight.

My husband has lost 60 pounds since January. He is definitely more interested. I have only lost a fraction of what he has lost, so it is not that I look different. I guess he is just feeling better about himself. Whatever. Either way, I win.

Sex is a bad habit. Marriage is the cure.

    oh man!

married for 12 years (5 kids stuck in there) and have always had a solid sex life, even when both myself and my husband were overweight.
over the last 2 years my husband's lost 55 pounds and I lost 40.

Let me just say, things are a lot more fun and take on a new dimension when you're comfortable in your own skin!

Totally hope it improves my sex life - i have an amazing partner but when we were first together we were having sex several times a week if not several times a day and i know everyone settles down after the honeymoon period wares off but i went from this to almost a zero sex drive. I am finding the more weight i am losing the less self conscious i am. I can't see any difference in my size but i know i am 30lb lighter than i was which can only be a good thing. Sex life is increasing all the time hopefully x
