Well, I did manage to drop a little this week. Weighed this morning.
Weight last week: 190
This week: 188.8
Loss of 1.2

I had an okay week, however, I was not able to exercise for 2 days because I somehow hurt my foot. I was thinking that I was going to definitely gain weight, but I still lost! Goal is to keep losing of course. My one goal was to be introduced to the 180's and I am officially in now weighing in this Friday at 189.5. Barely in but still in. Hope to be close to 186-185 on the next weigh-in. Thanks for all of the support. I am still here.0

I weighed in at 204.8 today that was a 1.5 loss for the week! I think I have finally figured out what works! I need to get to the gym and burn 1000 calories a day and not eat all of them back. The hubby just changed to 1st shift so not sure if I will get to the gym everyday but I will do my best to get there if not I will just have to workout at home.
