Agave would likely be too thin to act as a proper binder; however if you simmered the agave down to a thicker consistency (evaporate some of the water) it might do the job. The idea is to have something really sticky. It's worth a try, but you might end up needing to keep the bars refrigerated/frozen or increase the amount of flaxseed to increase gelling?0 -
