I drink and I log it. I stay moderate and try to keep to low calorie options with mixed drinks. I do love beer but I would prefer to eat my calories rather than drink them so I make sure I moderate and do what makes me happy.0

I stick to light beer. It generally has less calories. I love mixed drinks (daiqaris, margaritas, etc) but they have WAY too much sugar. I do drink red wine, but wine has a lot of calories so I stick to one glass.0

I work it into my calorie count. I can honestly say over the last month I have been drinking less and becasue of that wanting it less. If I do have it, it's usually on my cheat days and it's one or two drinks and then I cut myself off. I have come to enjoy the word "no" because it means less calories.0
