    TUE - Exercise Complete: haha nah stayed home with sick honey ~ F/V: 1/4
    WED - Exercise Complete: YUP, circuit training and spinning ~ F/V: 3/4
    THU - Exercise Complete: YES! ~ F/V: 3/3
    FRI - Exercise Complete:YES (73min and still feelin it!) ~ F/V: 1/5
    SAT - Exercise Complete: 46min INTENSE intervals and hill climb (I counted my obnoxious nonstop shopping for a kitchen island.... mostly because my legs are so sore it felt like a workout!)So in that case over 60min, yes ~ F/V: 3/3
    SUN - Exercise Complete: Y/N ~ F/V: ##

    Tomorrow SHOULD be a day off because I can tell my legs need a day off but I will do my circuits 2x instead of three and I will do some walking to take it easy i think. Then Monday is rest day, because it is 10 hr work day! haha Great job this week everyone!!

    dude!!! One of these weeks, can we do sodium again! Lol this week has been rough!
    I think everyone should try 2 new workouts. ;) or at lest something they haven't done or taken in a few months....maybe everyone get in their dairy, or whole grains... Um, neither do I struggle with, just an idea. Or more extreme, push out of your comfort zone...keep HR Higher than normal..or...stretching...core training...hmm . Or try 2 new recipes or new foods this week. I dunno, just some ideas. I do think each person should post one thing they struggle with right now to help you come up with ideas. :)

    I like this challenge, and it LOOKS like I'm doing good, but I still think I could eat a lot more veggies!!

    I like those ideas. I struggle with everything from time to time. All the challenges have been great!

    Slept in and have some meal planning, grocery shopping, looking for cabinet, laundry things to do, I may skip my last 60 min workout of the week. I really feel ok with that. Just lettin yall know. ;)

    Thanks for the ideas! I dont mind working on sodium next week so thanks for the idea!

    That's ok, you did great this week. We all need a day off. You'll burn calories with all the house work.

    Weekends (when I go out) end up being my downfall. This weekend I ate, probably, the least amount of food I have had in a while. I usually always get tons of veggies--maybe I will stock up on V8 for weekends when I am too busy with friends or lazing around to think about cooking. Whoops.

    You did great on the challenge! As you know, I have a hard time with making sure I get my veggies in too. I can be your veggie/fruit buddy and we can report to each other daily on how many servings we had. This will help us stay accountable. Let me know if you're interested.
