    You know i was wondering how this worked. Because there are many times when i post something on the motivation or exercise posts and then there is like a huge silence. I even hear crickets. I wonder i wonder why this is so??? I guess none of us are alone:)

    From what I've gathered in my short time here, "bump"ing has two purposes. It keeps the thread toward the top of the list in the topics section, and it adds the thread to the "My Topics" section - both making it easier to find it when you want to look at it later. :smile:
