    I completed Day 4 Level 3 yesterday evening, along with 30 minutes on the stationary bike. This morning, 20 minutes on the treadmill, and Shred this evening. Getting SO CLOSE to the end of this round, yay!! :-D

    Jami22 -- I just got a set of Jillian's vinyl kettlebells, and I have Shred It with Weights. I'm thinking of doing that one next. And, I've wanted to give Ripped in 30 a try, too. Plus, I've always got my ongoing run training. :)

    I started level 3 last night... Wow! It kicked my butt, however I still dislike level 2 the most! ;O) Here's to 9 more days to go! I have been adding in a 26 minute workout with Chris Freytag (off of my OnDemand channel) and between the two I'm staying pretty sore.

    Jami, I agree about Level 2, wholeheartedly!! Glad that's over! ;)

    I completed Day 7 Level 3 today. Only three days to go!!! :-D
  • I'm so sad, I missed two days this weekend :/ I unexpectedly had to spend the weekend with a friend and I completely missed saturday and sunday. I'll do it tonight, but I'm not sure if I should start over tomorrow :/

    completed day 10 of level 3 !!! did pretty good. I feel more tone and stronger but didn't lose any weight :( !
    I am going to start the biggest loser boot camp. I am also going to satrt tracking my food a little more closely jsut to see where I can improve. Not that I really have too lose - but I am at the top of my range .... I am hoping it is just muscle weight LOL . I feel good and my clothes fit ... sometimes I get stuck on a number!!

    Anyway I will ocntinue on this journey with the Biggest Loser DVDs

    Way to go!!! I'm on Level 3, Day 6. I'm excited to be finishing but have to make my mind up about what i'm going to replace it with!

    I've missed a day here and there, no big deal. It's up to you whether you'd like to start over or just keep going. Best wishes!

    CONGRATS!!!! You did it!! I didn't lose any weight my first time through the Shred either, but I definitely was more toned and much stronger. That's a big thing. The number will go down, just keep up the good work, and best wishes on the Biggest Loser DVDs!

    I have TWO Level 3workouts to complete, one this evening and one tomorrow morning. THEN, results!! I'm so excited! I cannot wait!!! :-D

    I would have been finished by now except I took a couple of days off due to a painful, draining TOM over the weekend.

    After completing this round of the Shred, I'm looking forward to continuing my running and as for strength training, I'm moving along to Jillian's Shred It with Weights, so I can make good use of the new kettlebell set my fiance gifted me with a couple of weeks ago. :)

    I'm just finding this thread. Today is my D3 of L1 of the 30DS. I'll be reading up more on everyone's comments when I get home later!

    I missed my first day of 30 day Shred, on Level 3, day 6... Ugh! I was so proud that I had made it the entire time without skipping a night. I'm coming down with something (sore throat, achy all over) but I still tried to do it last night. However, I think I may have pulled or strained something in my left bicep by doing the plank moves on the forearms because when I tried to do them last night it was too painful. Hopefully it was just intensified by the cold or whatever I have.
    But I still have plans to finish up Level 3 by this weekend.

    This morning, I completed my LAST day of Level 3. Yay!!! I weighed in and took "after" measurements this morning, but the "after" photos will have to wait until after work this evening. This day needs to HURRY along so I can get home!! I'm excited to post my results blog. ;)

    Way to go! I seen your other post about 30 day with weights but our journey will end here because I don't think I'm ready for that just yet! Thanks for posting the thread!

I'm having trouble doing ALL of the push-ups and the jump roping in place is killer on my calves & feel like cramps after a while, so I just kind of jog really fast in place for half of the time... That's my modification. lol

    I'm hoping to find my measuer when I get home today. Hopefully it isn't too late to do so.

    Thank you!! Feel free to come on back here whenever you want. I'll keep this thread going for whoever hasn't finished yet or for anyone new who wants to join in. Who knows, maybe I'll do a third round of 30 Day Shred one of these days!! Hehe... you're doing a great job! :)

    Great modifications! Even having completed two full rounds of the Shred at this point, I'm still doing the modified (on the knees) push ups. I used to struggle so much with them, but they've become easier. I'm still working my way up to a full, unmodified push up, and I'm OK with that! After 4 days of Level 1, I'm sure you'd be just fine to go ahead and measure today. :)

    I'm in.....just did day 1 level 1 this morning :)
    Question: for those of us that are bigger....does anyone have a hard time with boobs & stomach pain from jumping jacks and jump rope?? It feels like someone is trying to pull mine off!

    I did my first day yesterday. Had to stop the DVD a few minutes in, and go put on a better bra, then start over. Those jumping jacks were painful! :laugh:

    If you have an especially hard time, you can do what some really large-chested women do and wear 2 bras at once. (No, I am not kidding!) Or just invest in a great sports bra.

    My God, I knew I was in horrible shape, but that workout kicked my butt big time!

    I'm not even that large-chested, but I MUST wear a bra when working out to the Shred. And yes, this workout, even at Level 1, is INTENSE! Great job getting through it, stick with it!

    I've also found that I MUST wear good shoes to do these workouts, too. I used to do them barefoot, when I first started, and decided pretty quickly that was a bad idea.
