    Welome Mary and northermama:

    Love to see that there are many canadians on this site! I have a question for all you canucks out there:
    Isn't sometimes hard to log in your food.? Many of the articles are american, so I have to find one that I think is closest to what I have eaten. for instance, I throw out my cereal boxes as I store them in silos, so I don't have the nutrient info that I need to log in.

    Kitty: I would assume you are in music school? No matter what, you have chosen a beautiful place to study!
