This week has been crazy and so I sort of fell off the bandwagon...busy schedule plus the first week back from vacation is not good for healthy habits

I think I did fairly well seeing that this was my first challenge. This week was also pretty hard since I had 3 dinner events to go to. I lost less than I set out to lose this week, but I did end up losing weight. It's just one more learning experience to motivate me to stay on track.0 -

WOW! You guys were AMAZING with those Jumping Jacks! Next time I will have to up the amount. Maybe 350?
Sodium is still a little tough for some of us.(Congrats to TacoGibbon 7/7!) So we need to continue to work on that. I'll try to make this a challenge at lest once a month.
