welcome to the 270 min. weekly challenge! if you're new to the challenge, here's the drill... set your own goal for the week. it can be more, but not less than 270 minutes of any combination of cardio and strength. the challenge is to meet the goal you set and make your minutes really count (no phoning it in!)... check in every day to post how many minutes you worked out and what you did. this is the update form-

    yay, new faces!

    going for 320 this week! starting level 2 of jm's ripped in 30... that x6 days... +120 minutes of cardio! hope to get in one real rest day and one easy day.

    weekly goal: 400 minutes (not counting cleaning job on Friday) I was going to raise this, but work schedule a bit messed up and don't want to go higher, but will try to do same as last week! Love this challenge - it is definitely motivation!!

    I'd like to join. I tried the 360 challenge a couple of times, but never could hit 360. 270 is much more doable, so that's my goal.

    missie- lol! that's exactly why i needed this challenge...have to focus on a different number than the one on the scale!
    katie- recovery is a gooood thing!
    amy- you'll kill it tonight. good to see you so optimistic. =)
    serenity &jilipson- glad the challenge is keeping you in it! it is me too.
    fuhrmeister- look at you, bouncing back strong
    erica- 360 is too ambitious for me every week too... heck on a good week!
