weekly goal: 375 minutes
mon: 25 min. 30DS
tues: 25 min. 30DS & 55 min. W4D1 C25K & extra walk/jog time
wed: 45 min. walking & 55 min. P90X Kenpo
thur: 55 min. C25K
fri: min. NOTHING AF ARRIVED
sat: min. NOTHING AGAIN
sun: 75 min. cycling (there were some huge hills) & 55 C25K w/ extra walk/jog time
total: 390

weekly goal: 400 minutes (not counting cleaning job on Friday) I was going to raise this, but work schedule a bit messed up and don't want to go higher, but will try to do same as last week! Love this challenge - it is definitely motivation!!
mon: 42 minutes on stationary bike 8.77 miles
tues: 5 minutes walking in place - at work... only mindful exercise I did all day - will more than make up for it on Thursday...
wed: 101 minutes total = 60 min. walking slow pace + 41 min. stationary bike (over 8 miles)
thur: 240 minutes walking at zoo pushing double stroller (actually there over 5 hours). On the move at least this long - actually only sat down twice - once to eat, once on a break, only to jump and run after 2 year old who ran off on me...
fri: amount not in total - 225 minutes cleaning (cleaning job in an office).
sat: 77minutes = 30 minutes walking, carrying 35 lb. child + 47 minutes on stationary bike (9.5 miles)
sun: 35 minutes on stationary bike with arm weights
total: 501 down
left to go: -101 over
Gee - I can have a lazy weekend - but I won't! Gonna challenge myself to another 100. Only 34 to go to hit 500 challenge to myself! Made it to 500!0 -

fri: 233 min. walking 28 min 30 day shred 77 = walk at home/cooking =338

I met my goal if you count my extensive cleaning this weekend. I uasually enter 30min of cleanig for ever 90min I actially do b/c don't want to over estimate. I was on my feel all weekend.
This week I plan 300min of exercise no cleaning included.
