I strongly recommend trying this smoothie with wayyy less sweetener first. I make a smoothie almost every day with fruit, milk, sometimes yogurt, PB and various other additions (protein, mainly) and I find it plenty sweet on it's own - with NO added sugar/sweetener.

That much artificial sweetener just isn't good for anyone. Heck, that much natural sweetener isn't good for anyone either! Enjoyyy the fruit and yogurt instead

I definitely don't have a problem with that suggestion. I made it the 2nd time with 4 rather than 6 and still as good. I'm a cc hater so I wanted to make sure you coulnd't taste it. I NEVER use sweetener in my regular smoothies or protein smoothies.

I made this today with a little bit different ingredients and it was like drinking pie. It was so good! Here's what I used

    1/2 cup cottage cheese
    1/2 cup strawberry kefir
    1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/3 cup frozen dark sweet cherries
    1/4 cup fiber one original
about 2 tsps or so of Splenda

It's just like drinking Blueberry Pie and has about 23 grams of protein!

Good thing I was at the store today and got all those things! Well expect the vanilla. But I am sure I can work around that

Oh I wish I could find frozen cherries then I would be able to try out my Cherry Coke Smoothie recipe. Its real cherries + diet Pepsi so the name is a little misleading; cherry Coke the pop isn't sold in Canada. The grocery stores said it’s too early for fresh cherries, lame. Aren't all fruits being grown somewhere in the world all year round? I mean common, that papaya and avocado over there were NOT grown in Ontario!

So glad you liked it, great job amending it to blueberry pie/cheesecake!
