Really struggling this week... as if all motivation has left me.
Part of me is saying "What's the point?", the other has set really cool goals to get in shape, like hiking the Chilkoot Trail in September, and going for hikes every other week to train...
But i've been slacking on the gym, and cheating on sweets... What the heck?

everything crossed for you! I remember I was mega good for 3 weeks and working out etc and lost nothing for the whole 3 weeks was so upset I was sure I would lose some BUT after that I have lost weight every single week So if you don't lose anything dont let it bring you down just stick at it it will all come in the end ))) Im sure you will be fine though0 -
