BJ that's a huge milestone. Congratulations!!!!!!!! You're no longer "overweight"

Thank you, I am dead impressed, I started at obese, got excited at being overweight, now I am excited again :D
    That is wonderful!! Congrats!

Casey, good luck on your race!! I know you'll do great with all the training you've been doing!!!

I had a pretty good weekend. Had a nice workout this afternoon at the gym, I think lots of people in my town agree that Sunday afternoons are great times to hit the gym... there were so many people there! But it was great, I did exactly what I wanted and never had to wait for a machine, so I'm a happy girl!

Hope you all had a nice weekend. I didn't see a big loss this week, but I'm ok with that. Getting closer all the time, and it's almost time to update my goal weight. I had it set for 140 just to see if I could get there, but now I'm thinking it really should be between 130-135 (I'm 5'2") to get my BMI where it should be... just not sure if I want to change that just yet because it looks nice to see "14 pounds to go" instead of "24 pounds to go!!" Just a mental thing at this point.

Hoping it warms up this week, I have a very busy week planned.. and need to run outside to relieve some stress!!!!

I changed mine last week, I went from 60 - 70lb, It actually made me more determined. I originally wanted to be 135, but I totally think I can make 125lb now.
I'm in the same boat. I actually changed it on Friday. I originally had my goal weight at 145 but decided that I'd be much happier at 135. Like BJ, it does make me more determined.

Thanks girls! I just may have to jump on this "change your goal because you know you really want to be ten pounds lighter than you thought you could be" bandwagon!

    I do love this site!!!
