    BWAH HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! I was a little down that my weight had only gone down by 0.4 since my last weigh-in. Then I realized that was only since MY last weigh-in, not since my last challenge weigh-in!!!!!! I'm in a MUCH better mood now.

    PLUS, since my last challenge weigh-in I've lost 4.1% body fat and 4 inches!!!! Maybe the moral of this story is that I shouldn't have the Monday morning check-ins? :P

    Down 0.5 pounds this week. Moving in the right direction, but I need to move faster! I'm going to really try to focus on improving the quality of food that I'm eating rather than just ensuring that I'm on target for calories.

    everyone is doing awesome! keep up the good work, and for those who didn't lose as much as they had hoped, keep up the amazing attitude! You guys are such an inspiration! Cannot wait to go to my group fitness class tonight and kick some butt! I'll be thinking of everyone!
