I eat a lot of the sandwich thin ( the multi grain ) , bagel thins. When I eat bread I usually eat the Nature's own 100%whole grain.
When I splurge I eat my husband's home made Italian bread. :happy:0 -
Right now I'm mixing it up between Country Kitchen 12 grain (100 calories a slice, no HFCS, good fiber, relatively inexpensive) and rationing out a loaf of Ezekiel Sprouted Sesame bread. I also do whole wheat tortillas, right now I have Santa Fe something or other - 100 calories for one.0

Orowheat sandwich Thins - 100 cal. I buy them at Sams club and freeze. The freeze really well.0

When I eat bread I eat Alvarado Street Bakery Essential Flaxseed. It's 50 calories a slice and packed full of hearty goodness.

If I'm in the mood for tortillas I usually get La Tortilla Factory Sonoma carb cutting tortillas. 60 calories each

I eat Rudi's Organic. Usually anywhere from 90-120 calories per slice. I base what kind of bread I eat on whats in it and how good it is for me, not the calories though.0

Wasa Fiber Rye or Ryvita Rye & Oatbran crispbreads.
I can't eat soft breads, english muffins, tortillas or pita without it setting me off on binges.0 -

I bake whole wheat bread for my family every two days or so. If it's baking day, I'll eat an end-piece of bread after it's come from the oven. Heaven. Other than that I don't eat any. I do eat swedish crispbreads though.0

I don't think your family should be eating that much bread. Please send your future loafs to me, and I will "dispose" of them for you.0 -
Ezekiel Low Sodium It's sprouted bread, 0mg of sodium (WOOHOO!!!) and no High fructose corn syrup! and honestly it fills me up better than the low cal sliced stuff... it's 80 cals/ slice
It's very filling. I buy it too. I usually only eat one slice for breakfast with other things, but one day I made a sandwich using it and I never had a feeling of hunger for the entire day. Another plus is that everything on the ingredient list is natural.0 -
Watch out with some of those breads tho like sarah lee, alot of them have high fuctose corn syrup, also some say wheat but really they have white flour. u really need to look at ingredients0

I eat Oroweat or Arnold's sandwich thins. Lower in calories and carbs. I eat one a day.

My favorite since I began eating healthier is the light 12-grain bread from Village Hearth: http://www.villagehearthbreads.com/village-hearth-breads/light-12-grain0

Aunt Millie's 35 calories per slice Whole Wheat bread is great too!0

I never get a specific brand, but I always look for a Double Fiber bread for my family. My husband never gets enough fiber and this is a great way for him to sneak in some extra!0
