1) Garmin Forerunner 205 - bought it on Amazon over a year before I dusted it off to actually use it. My analytical mind really appreciates knowing EXACTLY what my training looks like. Syncs it to an actual map later and fun to use.
2) Good shoes.
3) A used iPod nano (2nd generation) from ebay with Christmas money this past year. Couldn't really afford the higher models this year so a $40 used model has been an amazing companion.
An HRM is on my wishlist.0 -
my gym membership and my HRM are tied for first place0

Good food? .. I haven't really made any other purchases that have effected my weight loss;)0

i have a few.
#1-my food scale. i would die without it.
#2-my HRM
#3-my blender bottle for my protein shakes0 -
Definitely my Bowflex SelectTech dumbbells!!!0

1) Polar HRM - help track my calories burned over MFP's estimates.
2) Shoes. I buy a new pair every 2-3 months. I don't go cheap, I go for by my proper foot gait and type. I started jogging @ 440 lbs. I've read everywhere that it's bad for your knees jogging at such heavy weights, etc etc. I've yet to "run across" (rimshot) that problem.

For me its my step counter, trying to match or beat the previous days steps keeps me from being lazy, and seeing the calories add up is a bonus!0

For me watching portions...no drinking fizzy drinks, up my running....saying that last week purchased 30DS, hopefully this will arrive soon, plus dumbells...so could say, these were purchased to aid the progress! Lol0

HRM for me too.
Makes such a difference.
I can keep track and know the numbers are accurate. It makes me work harder in the gym and gives me goals.
I love my Polar FT40 -
My hula hoop - I hoop for like two hours a day
My trainers - they've taken me far
I still want to get a rebounder, but I don't think the floors in this house could take it!0
