    BUMP BUMP BUMP DAMMNIT!!!! not only is it motivational, but it's a challenge. I needed this so bad. this last week has been a disaster for me and i needed something to wake me up and remind me why the hell i'm doin this. :) you are all so incredibly amazing.

    Find this so motivating...I wish I took before and afters...but I think I have some swimsuit pictures that I could post from last year and hopefully when I put on my swimsuit this year I can see the difference!

    Aw please keep this going, I've only lost 12lb and have god knows how many to go but OMG you people are truly amazing and you all look so much healthier and younger and dare I say HAPPIER in your new you's :)

    I started my weight loss journey at 215 lbs last January and now I am -67lbs and going strong.
    I am at 148 lbs and hope to be at 135 for my final goal.

    why do people keep writing "bump"? Am I missing something?

    Bump means "bring up my post" it is to save it on your home page to look at later. Also, to keep the thread current
