    BAD day yesterday so I am sure my weigh in tomorrow will be a HUGE fail :sad: :sad:

    Aw well it is only weight right...gotta come off sometime.

    Weighed in at 140.6 this morning!! I've lost 4 pounds this month, not quite our goal but I will take it!!

    I have so been cheating myself. Got a heart rate monitor today and tracked my calories while doing 30 day shred. Went from 300 to 900. ...my goodness.

    holy what level? I only burn 200-240 calories doing level 1 and 2 :(

    Level 1 !! I couldn't believe it!

    I seem to keep losing and gaining the same 10 pounds. Last year about this time I was 174 and this morning 185. Great month for working out and not so great month for eating. Goes to show how important healthy eating is.

    Any way on to the next month.

    Congratulations to those of you who met or went over their goal. Way to go those who lost any weight. Keep working on it those who stayed the same or gained. Remember it is a journey you must not give-up on.

    I've missed you guys... Bru / Terri, it's nice to know I'm not the only one bouncing around the same few pounds. Let's see if we can take charge in May, and get rid of them for good, and introduce ourselves to new lower numbers on the scale.

    April 1st: 194.4 lbs
    April 25th: 190.2 lbs

    So I did pretty good without my scale for Lent! Hopefully I can make the challenge by the end of this week! I will have to read back to catch up on everyone! This is the busiest thread on MFP! :laugh:

    Congrats Kelly - I went searching through the posts, just to see how you did with your lent challenge. So close to 5... You can do it!

    YAY!! Was sitting at 150.0 today down .2 from two days ago

    55 - I am very proud of you!!! I really struggled this month, and am still up those few pounds that I didn't want to admit to at the end of last month, at 154. I think it's your turn to drag me with you to 150...


    Thank you so much, I really struggled too I have been bouncing between 151 and 152 for the past two months! with an occasional 150 so I don't count myself there yet but its a start! as soon as may is over I will be back down to one job and the best part is that It will be full time and I will have monday through thursday off! hooray for time to exercise lol...

    Now lets get our butts under 150 and good enough to stay there!!! Your right It is my turn to drag you and thats what I will do : ) so what do you say? shooting for a solid 149 this month? I know I am! Lets go we can do this!!

    Ok so not really horrible.

    April 2nd - 138lbs
    April 9th - 138lbs
    April 16th - 136.9lbs
    April 23rd - 137.6lbs
    April 30 - 136.7lbs

    I was seriously dreading this morning. I had a bit too much pizza this week and some chocolate I didn't need or want really.
    I was expecting a lot worse for sure since it is still the TOM but I will take it.

    Total Loss for April - 1.3lbs

    Okay - I'm in. I only loss 2 pounds in March, so the focus will be good for me. Starting weight 207#. Good luck to everyone and will b e looking forward to the weekly posts.

    Down 5.8 - I did it!! This was a great challenge. It helped to keep me focused and was realistic for me. Good job everyone and thank you for the encouragement.

    Went up and down all month long
    EW: April 30th 194.4 but I was up a little from yesterday due to sodium, but I was at 193.2

    Either way I'll take it! See ya all next month :wink:

    Well, I didn't make it - in fact I gained back 2 of the pounds I'd lost. But I did have a couple of NSVs - my shirts are not gaping (no safety pin needed, yay!), and my endurance is up.

    I'm working on this again for May!

    Thanks, Donna. I can honestly tell you that I have no idea how I ended up April or how I'm starting May. I took too many days off last week & ate a lot - I was starving so I kept feeding myself! :noway: Anyway - TOM showed up a week early too so I'm going to wait a few days before I weigh in for my April end/May start. Plus I'm going to try to stay away from the scale again this month. Hopefully I will do better again by doing it that way.
