    I celebrated by running 3 miles yesterday being her screenname has the word "runner" in it. :)

    NICE! I wanted to run yesterday since it was warm out but my dad came over to help change some light fixtures so it didn't happen. And now it's rainy and CRAPPY out, hopefully it'll clear up for the weekend though! :happy:

    I'm going to try and switch up my routine a bit this week to help jumpstart some weight loss. I feel like maybe my body is getting used to this P90 routine, hence the sorry loss I had. Also, I tend to eat back most of my exercise calories so I'm not lacking any nutrients I need but last week I felt SO FULL from it. I'm thinking I'll stop once the full feeling is near. IDK what else to do at this point!

    Hello new teammates!

    I really am still in shock that I am in this challenge still. I didn't do very well this weekend in Boston because I was almost positive that I wouldn't be weighing in again this monday. But don't worry, I will be making up for it! I am planning on running tonight during Biggest Loser, and then I will have to eat healthy every day! No delicious Easter snacks for me this year :( and I really can't afford any more cheat meals this week. These Monday morning weigh-ins are killers.

    I agree that the Monday weigh-ins SUCK! And with Easter right around the corner I'm not very excited about this week's weigh in....

    I guess all we can do is try our best! :drinker:

    I think I will go extremely low on cals Saturday night - like 800 net calories after exercise so on Sunday I can eat a little more...and TONZ of water Sunday - probably nothing for supper since I will be full from lunch still. That's my plan and I'm stickin to it!! :noway: (I'm all talk...maybe I will repeat it over and over until Saturday/Sunday so I stay strong that day).

    Just don't eat TOO much and sabatoge your weigh in. And with Easter ham (and the sodium it brings) will likely be on the table....WATER WATER WATER! :drinker:

    Yes, I ate too much last night. I kinda think of Wednesdays as my free meal night...I did work out yesterday and worked off 1300 calories - HOWEVER, I am pretty sure I did eat those back last night. I was MISERABLE. Ugh. Going to eat light today to make myself feel better about my choices last night. I felt so awful when we got home last night that I actually was achy. My stomach surely has shrunk cause months ago eating a burger/fries/appetizer would have been no big deal...but lsat night, I couldn't eat all that!!

    Today is another day!!

    Funny how sick and miserable we get when we eat things we used to eat on a regular basis! Again, lots of WATER will help!

    Agreed!!! It's kinda a good feeling to know our bodies have changed THAT much. Yes, lots of water today and had a greek yogurt for b-fast. My body is feeling about 80% better. :frown:

    How is everyone doing today? I went over my calories today because we went out to eat after Church, and also I had some candy today. I feel pretty guilty, but it makes me wonder how much I used to eat on holidays before I started keeping track of calories, because I used to eat nonstop all day on holidays. I'm annoyed because I was at least planning on getting in a workout tonight when I got home, but my gym is closed. Hopefully it is still light out and I can go out for a little jog or something to burn off a few of these calories.

    Otherwise I am going to get a tough workout in tomorrow morning, and I will be drinking a loooooooot of water tonight. Hope you guys are having a good Easter and behaving better than me!

    I have my first either maintain or gain this week. I was seriously amazing - like a rock star this week (LOL)...however, somehow my body decided to maintain this week. I honestly flicked off the scale (literally) Saturday morning. And with Easter today, I assume, even though I have only eaten 1 meal today, because it was the traditional ham, garlic potatoes, etc meal with my family, I will gain. I'm drinking a ton of water tonight - so wish me luck. Really trying for my team and I hope I don't let you all down tomorrow. :mad: :indifferent: :frown: :ohwell: :sick: :brokenheart: :cry: :sad:

    Hey Runner...I'm going to take this to PMs now since it's just us two. Shogan, I'm so sad you're done. We will for sure be meeting again in Kim's next challenge though so I'm excited about that!!! Have a wonderful week everyone!!
