Twi-Hards Challenge Week 9 - Week 12

    WEEK 10 CHALLENGE (04/05/11 - 04/11/11)
    1. Take time to reflect all you've accomplished during this challenge.
    2. Eat or drink something that you know is good for you, but that you don't necessarily like.
    3. Plan your workouts so you'll be sure to stick to them.
    4. While you're watching TV, exercise during commercials.

    Question of the week: Do you prefer the Twilight movie or the Twilight book. Why? (Just the 1st book/movie)

    1. I've lost 15 pounds overall
    2. Water has been really hard this week for some reason
    3. Worked out 6/7 days
    4. I don't watch a lot of tv and if I do I fast forward through the commercials

    I liked the first Twilight book because it went more in depth and explained things more. Also books let your imagination soar more:)

    I've lost 4 pounds during this challenge.
    I never got to eat the yogurt. But I've tried new recipes out.
    I've done all of my workouts. Sometimes I had to push through so I could finish.
    I have exercised during commercials a few times.

    I prefer the Twilight book. It goes into way more detail and I usually like books over movies, anyway.

    2. Do 20 pushups three times this week.
    3. Do 50 toe raises once this week.
    4. Do jumping jacks for one minute twice this week.

    Question of the week: What is your favorite part of Twilight - book AND movie. And what is your least favorite part? (Again, just Twilight).

    My workout day's have been messed up since Thursday. I'm going to combine all my workouts into one tomorrow.

    3. Do 100 toe raises once this week.
    4. Do 30 minutes of exercising daily.

    Question of the week: What is your favorite part of Twilight - book AND movie. And what is your least favorite part? (Again, just Twilight). Yes, it is the same question as last week. I never got around to answering it, either. lol

    WEEK 12 CHALLENGE 04/19/11 back to 154 after a really bad binge! :(
    1. Make sure to drink 8 8oz glasses of water daily (I am trying to up my water)
    2. Do 30 pushups twice this week (I can handle these too :-D )
    3. Do 100 toe raises once this week (might split these up throughout the week)
    4. Do 30 minutes of exercising daily (consider it done)

    Favorite part of Twilight hmmm I'm gonna have to say in the book, it will be the day she met Edward just because it's hilarious how she thought he was repulsed by her but in fact it was not replusion but her blood that made him crazy. Movie- when he brings her to his house and shows her his room and takes her to the tree tops, just breath taking..I know I sound crazy but that's ok, I'm ok with crazy :)

    This week was not the greatest. I got super sick and didn't feel like doing anything but laying on the couch.

    Weigh in 174.8.

    I've still got about three more glasses to get in but I'm pretty sure I'll make it.
