    I'm always snacking:

    10AM banana w/ 1 Tbsp peanut butter
    1PM nursed a 1/2 cantaloupe after lunch for an hour
    3PM snack: banana and 1 bar (of 2 in a pack) peanut butter granola crunchy
    4PM snack before pilates: an apple wedge and a ginger snap cookie
    7PM snack after pilates and while I cooked dinner: 1 oz. asiago cheese.

    I walked 3 miles during breaks/lunch at work and finished with pilates this evening. I'm 133 lbs and 5'3" with a goal weight of 130.

    Trader Joe's Chocolaty Cats, Cookies for People.
    They are much more about chocolate than they are about sugar.

    And they've got a satisfying crunch to them

    Popcorn, Indiana makes lots of flavors, not sure what the calorie counts are on all, but the cinnamon and sugar (not drizzle) is addicting and low calorie too!

    90 Calorie Fiber One Bar
    Sargento Light String Cheese
    Yoplait Smoothie
    Cucumbers (1/2 a cup)
    Reese's Easter Egg PB Cup (hehe naughty but I worked it in)
    1/2 glass of red wine (does this count hehe)

    Raisins, mixed nuts and 2 tbsps of wheat germ. I know that sounds kinda weird but I liked to eat spoonfuls of wheat germ even when I wasn't trying to lose weight.

    I had a Red Delicious Apple with 1oz of Monterey Pepper cheese and 1/4 Cup mixed nuts. That was my A.M snack that held me till linch time.
