    Hoosiermomma: I did send to Goldk too (same thought that you had - may as well send it more than once before it get's deleted again from my sent mailbox!). and don't feel guilty at all for my typing that up for you both ... I am a fast typer so it wasn't that hard, and it was good for me to refresh everything in the plan in my mind again because I had forgotten some amounts of things and was making some bad assumptions.
    p.s. I now LOVE coconut oil and coconut milk. I just had some coconut milk with some steel cut oats for my snack and it was yummy (and cottage cheese for my protein). I think with eating less sugar (and fake sugars), things that are just a little sweet like coconut milk taste really good now, when I first tried it I thought it was kind of bland and smelled funky. Oh and I forgot to mention that you don't have to have protein with your nighttime snack since that can upset people's stomach's right before bed - so I like having blueberries with cream, or I may try blueberries with coconut milk now. mmmm.

    What would I have done differently? Earlier to bed - Again. Hubby is prepping for his role as cook for our son's class trip. (work in Kentucky) It was easy for me to stay up with him! :grumble:
    What is today's personal goals? Try out my new protein powder, track calories and stay under. Take a good walk/run (done :bigsmile: )

    And she is back!! Absolutely NO internet at our camp in Kentucky and working with 28 kids and the other 8 chaparones did not leave much spare time! The good news.... I did not gain. There might be something to the whole hi protien thing :happy:
    Let's see if I can pick up where I left off..

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Kept my intake down since I spent most of my day in the pick-up.

    What is today's personal goals? Track my calories, get ready for Easter in Michigan. :Laundry, shop, a little food prep.
    Exercise weekly progress (Sun-Sat) -Not sure if my service work was strenuous enough. I did get in a couple good walks in the beautiful Kentucky hills and parks.

    I haven't done well at all the last few days, I'm sure today will be a challenge too. I ate fast food twice on Thursday - Subway for lunch probably wasn't too terrible, but then McDonalds for supper. It tasted bad too - I haven't had McDonalds since I started my nutrition class. Then on Friday we had an Easter get-together and surprise 70th birthday party for my mom. Too much food, and that seemed to spill right into Saturday when I was craving everything under the sun. I think over-eating once or twice isn't as bad in itself as the longer binge that it can set me up for. I know it will be hard again today at my in-laws for Easter dinner, but at least I have to leave early with my daughter for a sax lesson, so I won't be able to graze all day. Have a Happy Easter!
