Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Yes
Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? an hour and a half at the Y ... I hate Thursday night exercising but I know it is helping me
What would I have done differently? nothing I can think of
What is today's personal goals? no exercise planned today except helping at the school rummage sale which will be some walking and lifting, and stay within nutritional goals
